| GSG G-14 NOW AVAILABLE German Sport Guns GmbH, firearm manufacturer and airsoft wholesaler from Ense-Hoingen, Germany, has released the G-14 AEG into the airsoft market. Known for their GSG-5 (MP5) .22 LR semi-automatic rimfire replica, the company faced a lawsuit by Heckler & Koch GmbH in 2009 for "trade dress infringements", after which it ceased further manufacture and replication of H&K weapons.[1] Consequently, the G-14 does not exactly exist as a real firearm; under the GSG brand name however, a .22 caliber is now available alongside the 6 millimeter airsoft version OEMed by Ares Corporation. The electric blowback, Li-Po battery capable, airsoft version internally features Ares' EFCS gearbox and is otherwise made of composite materials externally.
